コヒーランスをご存知ですか？

Coherenceを物理用語のコヒーレンスではなく、「コネクション・プラクティス（以下、コネプラ）」で学ぶ「心臓と脳が調和して同期（シンク）した状態」とし、「コヒーランス」と表現しました。

森田玄ときくちゆみは、2007年と2009年にコスタリカでコネプラを学び、2014年に日本にコネプラを伝えました。それを学んだ人々の驚くべき変容と効果に驚き、感動し続けています。

世界情勢が刻々と変化し、多くの人が苦難や不安の中にいる今、コヒーランスで心に平安を取り戻し、平和のエネルギーを一緒に地球に送りましょう。

みんなで「ハート知性」に繋がって、コヒーランスで平和を創る試み「広島グローバルピースコヒーランス」。

春分・夏至・秋分・冬至に広島から発信し、オンラインでつながる年4回のイベントで、今回で第17回目になります。

このイベント本番に向けて毎朝６時から同じZOOM IDで「デイリーコヒーランス（以下、デイコヒ）」でグループコヒーランスを練習しています。デイコヒも本番も同じZOOM IDです：

当日はコネプラ創始者・RFI（ラスールファンデーション・インターナショナル）CEOのリタ・マリー・ジョンソンがオープニングのコヒーランスをリードします。そしてハートマス研究所副所長で主任研究員のロリン・マクラティ博士、そしてMINALUが夏至点（6月21日11時41分）に向けて「浦安の舞」を踊ってくれるかもしれません（交渉中）。

グループコヒーランスを実践すると、個人の心の落ち着きや心身の健やかさが増すことに留まらず、そのエネルギーを周囲に広げて平和や健やかさを地球規模で創造することに貢献できる可能性があります。

私たちは世界中から十分な人が参加することを目指しています。

当日は心拍変動（HRV）を計測して脳と心臓を同期させる（コヒーランスにする）ソフトウェア「Inner Balance（インナーバランス）」を使って、自分の脳と心臓が同期しているかどうかを計測します。

インナーバランスをお持ちの方はGlobal Coherence APPをアップルストアやGoogleプレイからインストールし、「GreenFire01」のコードを入力して私たちのグループに参加してください。

継続してコヒーランスを練習すると、ストレス緩和・レジリエンス（柔軟性や回復力）やパフォーマンス能力の向上などの効果があることが実証されており、私たち自身も経験しています。

昨今ではオランダ国家警察が導入し成果をあげています。また長年にわたり世界トップレベルのオリンピック選手やアスリート、ビジネスマンもコヒーランステクニックを活用してパフォーマンスを向上させています。

米国NPO「ラスール・ファンデーション・インターナショナル（RFI）」代表のリタ・マリー・ジョンソンは、軍隊を持たないコスタリカに魅せられ移住し、「コネクション・プラクティス」を開発しました。彼女はコスタリカで「司法平和省」の設立に尽力して成し遂げ、コネプラ認定トレーナーを養成しています。2021年には、忙しい人でも迅速にコネプラを学べる「コネプラ・コア」を開発し、教師、コーチ、カウンセラーなどの専門家に受け入れられています。

コネプラ認定トレーナー「ラスール*」は常にコヒーランスを保つことでスキルに磨きがかかります。ラスールとその候補生、コネプラを学ぶ方がこの試みに参加してくれたら、こんなに嬉しいことはありません。

ゆみと玄の「デイリーコヒーランス」（以下、デイコヒ）は、2018年4月26日から日本時間の午前６時から３０分間、毎日開催しています。パソコンやスマホから参加が可能です。ベースライン（コヒーランスレベル）を高めてその日を穏やかに過ごすのに役立ちます。

グループコヒーランスは参加者が互いに支え合うことができます。困難が起きても自分最高の叡智につながって対応することができるようになり、レジリエンス（しなやかさと回復力）が養われます。　

毎日の練習成果を年4回、春分と夏至と秋分と冬至に「広島グローバルピースコヒーランス」で発揮しましょう。
