一人一人のハートをコヒーランスにして地球に平和をもたらす試みとして2018年の夏至に始まった「広島グローバルピースコヒーランス」。2025年から春分・夏至・秋分・冬至と年4回開催になり、今回で第19回目になります。

私たちはCoherenceを「コネクション・プラクティス（以下、コネプラ）」で学ぶ「心臓と脳を同期（シンク）させること」とし、「コヒーランス」と表現します。パンデミック、世界各地の紛争、異常気象や地震の自然災害などで多くの人が亡くなり苦難の中にいる今、コヒーランスで心に平安を取り戻し、平和と思いやりのエネルギーを一緒に地球に送りましょう。

年4回の広島本番に向けて、毎朝６時から同じZoom IDで「デイリーコヒーランス（以下、デイコヒ）」を継続しています。

第19回目の本番当日（12月22日午前10時〜＠日本）はコネプラ創始者のリタマリー・ジョンソン氏とハートマス研究所のロリン・マクラティ博士の特別講演がある予定です。

リタマリーは、アメリカの『グローバル・ヘルスケア』誌で、「2024年に活躍が期待されるヘルスケア＆ウェルネス業界の女性10人」の一人として選ばれました。以下はその記事です：

当日は広島からの声やゲストスピーカーのお話を聞き、コヒーランスのリードは午前11時ごろからゆみと玄が日本語と英語のバイリンガルで行います。

グループコヒーランスを実践すると心の落ち着きや心身の健やかさが増すことに留まらず、私たちがコヒーランスの島となって地球をより高い秩序に引き上げる能力を持つことを、ノーベル化学賞受賞者のイリヤ・プリゴジンが研究で発表しています。
