To be more specific, you'll be able to receive the healing energy between 10pm-10:30pm on January 2(JST) at the ealiest, and between 9:30am-10am on January 3(JST) at the latest. If you start receiving the energy later than 9:30am on January 3(JST)
, you won't be able to receive a full 30-mins-healing because sending the healing energy will be discontinued at 10am sharp on January 3(JST)
You can start receiving the healing energy anytime in between the above-mentioned period of time basically, but I would recommend you to start receiving it from 9am of January 3 at the latest.
Please make sure that you must say aloud or in your mind, "I will receive Yuko's healing" to start receiving the healing energy.

Love Energy is the True Healer
While working as a healer, I realized there are many people who had toxic relationships with their parents in their childhood. Children needs to be protected and feel loved, but when they failed to receive love in the way they wanted to, they become chronically hungry for love. No matter how old you get, the feelings of unaccepted or unprotected remain unhealed. The society is occasionally cruel and judgemental to human being's starvation for love which gives wrong suggestions and advice to get over hunger for love. When humans are desperately hungry for love, the only remedy which can heal them would be the energy of maternal and paternal affection. When I started to use the energy of maternal and paternal affection, my clients began to change drastically (in a good way). I'd like to send the energy of maternal and paternal affection during the free distance healing event of this time, because that's what the ultimate healer for everyone.
