コヒーランスをご存知ですか？

Coherenceを物理用語のコヒーレンスではなく、「コネクション・プラクティス（以下、コネプラ）」で学ぶ「心臓と脳を同期（シンク）させること」に限定し、「コヒーランス」と表現しました。

森田玄ときくちゆみは、2007年と2009年にコスタリカでコネプラを学び、2014年に日本にコネプラを伝えました。それを学んだ人々の驚くべき変容と効果に驚き、感動し続けています。

コロナや気候変動、ウクライナ情勢などで多くの人が苦難や不安の中にいる今、コヒーランスで心に平安を取り戻し、平和のエネルギーを一緒に地球に送りましょう。

みんなで「ハート知性」に繋がって、コヒーランスで平和を創る試み「広島グローバルピースコヒーランス」。

（＊「ハート知性」は、ハートマス研究所のドック・チルドリー、デボラ・ラズマン、ロリン・マクラティの著書名（未邦訳）。6月からブックスタディ第3期開始）

夏至と冬至に広島から発信し、オンラインでつながる年２回のイベントで、今回は第11回目。

このイベントに向けて毎朝６時から同じZOOM IDで「デイリーコヒーランス（以下、デイコヒ）」も継続しています。デイコヒも本番も同じZOOM IDです：

当日はコネプラ創始者・RFI（ラスールファンデーション・インターナショナル）CEOのリタ・マリー・ジョンソンがオープニングのコヒーランスをリードします。そしてハートマス研究所副所長で主任研究員のロリン・マクラティ博士、そして韓国からHD ハピネスエンドレジリエンスインスティチュート共同代表のペック・チョー博士をゲストスピーカーとして迎えます。

グループコヒーランスを実践すると、心の落ち着きや心身の健やかさが増すことに留まらず、そのエネルギーを周囲に広げて平和や健やかさを地球規模で創造することに貢献できる可能性があります。

私たちは世界中から大勢の人が参加することを目指して、2030年冬至まで練習を重ねるつもりです。

当日は心拍変動（HRV）を計測して脳と心臓を同期させる（コヒーランスにする）ソフトウェア「Inner Balance（インナーバランス）」を使って、自分の脳と心臓が同期しているかどうかを計測します。

インナーバランスをお持ちの方はGlobal Coherence APPをアップルストアやGoogleプレイからインストールし、「GreenFire01」のコードを入力して私たちのグループに参加してください。

継続してコヒーランスを練習すると、ストレス緩和・レジリエンス（柔軟性や回復力）やパフォーマンス能力の向上などの効果があることが実証されており、私たち自身も経験しています。

昨今ではオランダ国家警察が導入し成果をあげています。また長年にわたり世界トップレベルのオリンピック選手やアスリート、ビジネスマンもコヒーランステクニックを活用してパフォーマンスを向上させています。

米国NPO「ラスール・ファンデーション・インターナショナル（RFI）」代表のリタ・マリー・ジョンソンは、軍隊を持たないコスタリカに魅せられ移住し、「コネクション・プラクティス」を開発しました。彼女はコスタリカで「司法平和省」の設立に尽力して成し遂げ、コネプラ認定トレーナーを養成しています。2021年には、忙しい人でも迅速にコネプラを学べる「コネプラ・コア」を開発し、教師、コーチ、カウンセラーなどの専門家に受け入れられています。

コネプラ認定トレーナー「ラスール*」に求められるのは、常にコヒーランスを保つこと。ラスールとその候補生、コネプラを学ぶ方がこの試みに参加してくれたら、こんなに嬉しいことはありません。

（＊ラスールとは、コスタリカの詩「ラスール」に出てくる平和の先生の名前。心に平和を創り、問題を自分で解決する方法を子どもたちに伝えて、コスタリカのキズール村を１週間で平和と創造の村に変容させた。リタ・マリーの著書「完全につながる（邦訳）」「Return of Rasur（未邦訳）」に詳しい）

ゆみと玄の「デイリーコヒーランス」（以下、デイコヒ）は、2018年4月26日から日本時間の午前６時から３０分間、毎日開催しています。パソコンやスマホから参加が可能です。ベースライン（コヒーランスレベル）を高めてその日を穏やかに過ごすのに役立ちます。

グループコヒーランスは参加者が互いに支え合うことができます。困難が起きても自分最高の叡智につながって対応することができるようになり、レジリエンス（しなやかさと回復力）が養われます。　

毎日の練習成果を年２回、冬至と夏至に「広島グローバルピースコヒーランス」で発揮しましょう。
