コヒーランスをご存知ですか？
Coherenceを「コネクション・プラクティス（以下、コネプラ）」で学ぶ「心臓と脳を同期（シンク）させること」にここでは限定し、「コヒーランス」と表現しています。コロナ、異常気象や地震の自然災害、ウクライナ・ロシア、イスラエル・パレスチナの紛争で多くの人が亡くなり苦難の中にいる今、コヒーランスで心に平安を取り戻し、平和のエネルギーを一緒に地球に送りましょう。
一人一人のハートをコヒーランスにして共に平和を創る試み「広島グローバルピースコヒーランス」。
来年2025年からは春分・夏至・秋分・冬至と年4回開催します。

当日は広島からの声やゲストスピーカーのお話を聞き、グループコヒーランスのリードは午前11時ごろからゆみと玄がバイリンガルでリードします。グループコヒーランスを実践すると心の落ち着きや心身の健やかさが増すことに留まらず、私たちがコヒーランスの島となってそのエネルギーを周囲に広げて平和や健やかさを地球規模で創造することに貢献できる可能性があります。
